Chaired team research on various freight options depending on size and location.
Statistical analysis showed goods from India was quicker to ship by sea through Singapore & from China, by air freight.

Stocking

Lead Time & Motion analysis exhibit average lead time for packaging was 7 minutes.
Organized fast moving goods in front & slow moving goods at the back of warehouse.
Created stock card for each goods to track stock movement.

Implemented stock check on the last working day of the month with warehousing team.
