Gerard showed excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and continually exceeded expectations of his supervisors by placing extra effort in order to enhance efficiency and productivity. All of these were qualities that have served him well in his role as Senior Business Analyst. He was also keen to learn and eager to expand his abilities during his time in this company. Gerard had also managed him time well and was able to work between two of our branches – one in Singapore, the other three in Malaysia.
Besides that, he has participated in several work trips to various countries for work projects. Canada, and India were among the countries he has visited in relations to work projects and he actively participated and provided valuable input during these various business trips.

I am writing this letter to give my highest possible recommendation to Gerard. Over the years, I have served as Gerard’s manager on multiple projects. Gerard was selected to join La Marche Mfg. Co. as a Mechanical Engineer. As the President, I conferred with his direct supervisors to complete this letter of recommendation.
I have worked in a management capacity at La Marche Mfg. Co. for the past thirty years. In that span, I have observed very few individuals with the combination of determination, flexibility and talent that Gerard possesses. Gerard has proven to us that he has the aptitude to work independently with enthusiasm and creativity. Gerard was assigned critical projects to work on that involved compiling a portfolio of custom designed solutions. The project consisted of extensive research, data analysis, and a look into various approaches to provide a extensive solution. He surpassed expectations in every category of the project. His interpersonal skills were exceptional during the presentation. The research report he submitted was not only brilliant, but his analysis was very detail-oriented and his outlook into the project was phenomenal. This project required more time to complete, due to the amount of data and information needed to complete the portfolio. Gerard voluntarily stayed after hours to offer input, run derivatives on the data analysis, and research other products in our database to add to the portfolio.
Gerard worked collaboratively with his co-workers and had consistently shown an ability to both lead and contribute to a team environment. His colleagues constantly mention that he was always assisting others in different projects. His work ethic has not only provided an excellent example to follow, but as a positive motivation to his co-workers as well. They have also informed me that they work smarter and more efficiently with Gerard being involved in multiple projects.
I have seen him grow into a professional, while attaining a high maturity level at an impressive rate. I have received countless compliments regarding Gerard’s work. In addition to all of these characteristics, Gerard’s attention to detail and commitment makes him an excellent candidate. I have known Gerard Prosper for about two years. Gerald volunteers at our food pantry. I am the program director of the Outreach Ministry at St. James Catholic Church. I have had the opportunity to work side by side with Gerard on several occasions.
Gerard is very hard working, determined, committed and a great person to work with. I would describe him as a gentle person full of energy. Gerard is very efficient in how he uses his time. I have known Mr. Gerard Simon Prosper as I was his adviser for his undergraduate program in IIT and as a student in my MMAE 485 (Manufacturing Process) course.
As his professor, I have had the opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in my class and to evaluate his knowledge in the subject matter. In addition to being an A student, Mr. Prosper was an active student with a clear interest in the material that was covered throughout the course.
As his adviser, I observed that Mr. Prosper also planned well ahead for his entire academic duration in IIT when he first arrived. He had a goal in mind and followed it diligently by planning for which classes he would undertake each semester and followed it. Throughout the semester, he demonstrated that he was a hard worker and consistently did all the assignments. This course can be challenging for students since some of the concepts are abstract and the course builds on a number of principles covered in their undergraduate courses. However, Gerard did well and received an A in the course.”

I worked with Gerard when his company was awarded the contract to supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in the field. His role was to maintain adequate supply of PPE equipment in various warehouses that we, SHELL, had in the country. Throughout the one (1) year period, whenever I had some doubts in terms of technical or sales information, Gerard always came readily to assist in mitigating the concerns. There were a few glitches in delivery and stocking issues but I noticed that Gerard managed to handle them all professionally and in a timely manner.
